Staff are lovely here, very friendly. There's a good range of screens showing all the up to date films. Everywhere is clean and very well maintained. There's a Starbucks on site and plenty of eating areas next to the cinema, including Pizza Express
Yet another cold and uncomfortable experience on a cold Winters day in January. I do not expect to sit c3 hours in a cinema feeling cold. I have communicated this problem before. You do not listen so needless to say I will not be visiting again any time soon. There are cheaper and warmer options available locally.

Being on Broughton Retail Park, there's plenty of free parking for the cinema, but you may not be able to get a nearby slot. There are several screens at here (five or six), so lots of choices, but if you are a regular cinema-goer, it's worth getting a discount card, if you can. As a disabled person, I can get a carer in for free. There's good wheelchair access, too Also available in the foyer are the usual high calorie and high priced drink and foodstuffs for your selection. Advice: visit one of the many retail outlets that are nearby, you'll save some money.
I always choose this cinema, its one of the best ones Ive been to. Firstly, its so convenient being able to park outside for free; especially when the weather is rubbish. The seating areas in the cinema are comfy, clean and come with plenty of leg room (a feature you have to pay extra for in other cinemas). Toilets are immaculate and always smelling fresh. One downside to this cinema is the queue time; even though the staff are polite, friendly and serving as fast as they possibly can, its still something that can be improved upon. What about separate queue areas for people that want to order tickets AND food/drink, and those that have already printed their tickets off (using the touch screens) that just want to order food/drink?
