I have absolutely NO problem with any of the people we have dealt with in the store. However, I just tried to spend 2000 in store. The initial electronic bank transaction paid Clogau the money. Head Office has just instituted a system where transactions over 500 have to be completed through their BACS system. We would pay the money, wait an unspecified number of days and then collect the rings we had bought.Somehow spending money in this store has become the customer's problem.Head Office's new process just saw a 2000 transaction walk away.
