Love this store, always a great selection of clothing for the kids. Today I wanted to exchange some school trousers for a smaller size. There were plenty of staff on the till so there was no need to wait and the assistant that served me was friendly and helpful.
Let's get the negatives out of the way. There is a security guard who works there who has a seriously bad attitude. I've been there twice recently and had to complain about him twice. He is a bad tempered soul with no concern about customer service or your rights as a human being in fact. He wants to get his job done and that's all that matters which isn't enough in this day and age. Apart from that this is a good place to shop. The other staff are helpful and friendly. They seem to have a good number of staff on the tills so not usually a long wait. There are usually offers on up on the 1st floor. There is a good selection of homewares and electronics and stationery etc. on the first floor and clothes and baby essentials on the ground floor. The prices are good. Good parking in the Broughton shopping park which has lots of other shops around.
